Thanks

Thanks for cleaning up after me on {{out of date}}. I knew no matter how much I tried not to, I was going to miss something... always do in that kind of thing.--Oni Ookami AlfadorTalk|@ 13:47, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello... I've name-dropped you.

Please take a look at this thread User_talk:SandyGeorgia#FAC_page_suggestions. You've done so many clever thingies that aid navigation / monitoring, I thought of you, but if you can't help (for whatever reason), no sweat. Happy New Year btw. --Dweller (talk) 16:15, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, thank you for your valuable contribution. --Dweller (talk) 17:08, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding this edit. I don't "love" process, and the page was already moved. Thanks for cleaning that up. Regards, Mercury 23:38, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Watanabe

On this: nothing points to this redirect, and it goes to a disambiguation page. Ripe for deletion, perhaps? Or for expansion into an article on some fourth Watanabe? -- Hoary (talk) 13:54, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I can't remember why I created it, though I'm sure there was a reason at the time; there must have been some pages that linked to there, but meant to refer to one of the entries in the disambiguation page, or something. It can be deleted now – Gurch 14:29, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This caused about 40 double redirects and 5 from the talk page move. All fixed. Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 04:44, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, Gurch! I noticed a recent change of yours to WP:OTRS, seen here, where you mention that the list is incomplete because OTRS members are not required to disclose their access to the ticket system. I've recently begun to edit pages dealing with OTRS on meta and en-wiki to try and clear up any confusion regarding the nature of OTRS, as it seems to have a sketchy sort of air about it, when it's really just people responding to e-mails. Your note that people are not required to disclose their access to the system piqued my interest, as I wasn't sure about that. I went and checked and found out that OTRS members actually are required to disclose their access. I'm about to cross-reference the list on meta with the list on the ticket system and tweak it as necessary. I just wanted to drop you a line to explain my soon-to-be "revert" of your edits and to let you know what I actually just found out about OTRS. Cheers gaillimhConas tá tú? 13:10, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, apologies there. You're right, hehe! I had conflicting information, but I guess OTRS members are allowed to keep their volunteer activities there private if they wish. That meta list is completely optional. Again, sorry for the mistake, and thanks for making WP:OTRS more clear. gaillimhConas tá tú? 13:26, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
