Runway 5/23 Dimensions

I updated the runway dimensions for 5/23 to reflect the new federally-verifiable dimensions. The revised length of 5/23 changed slightly to 11,981 feet long. According to the FAA, the runway has a grooved-surface that measures 12,000 feet long and 150 feet wide. I haven't seen too many airports with a grooved surface that exceeds the usable length of a runway. This may be purely a temporary, academic length due the construction on field, so we will have to keep an eye on the specs to see if they change it back.

International?

I'd like to see some information in the article, about what makes Fort Wayne International Airport, international. The last two times I've flown into and out of there, I haven't seen any international flights -- All have been domestic. Unless I'm missing something obvious, some clarification in the article would be fantastic.. Grayda (talk) 00:44, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
