New Lots Avenue is the eastern (railroad southern) terminal of the IRT New Lots Line of the New York City Subway. With two tracks and one island platform, it is the terminal for some rush-hour 2 and 5 trips, the 3 at all times but late nights, and the 4 during late nights (as well as a few rush hour trains). The station has an active tower and crew quarters at platform level. Railroad south of the station, the tracks curve into Livonia Yard.
