Why not {{db-author}} this... the common usage was and is still invoked, so makes little sense. If you disagree, at least fix the cat <noinclude... includeonly nesting blocks so it's not listed in Typing-aid templates. Thanks - If I do it, then we'd need a TFD! // FrankB 17:50, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Woops! It was a test case, not vandalism. Sorry about that! -Samuel Tan 14:48, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ESRO pictures

hi, I've started a nev task force to improve ESA articles. I started with ESRO and I found some great public domain images on the web. [1]. The problem is that the site is in French and I'm not sure if I can get them into wikipedia with nothing more than a google translation of:

Selon la célèbre formule, toutes les photographies utilisées par ce site appartiennent au domaine public sauf indication contraire ou erreur de ma part. Les textes sont la propriété (tous droits réservés, comme on dit) de Didier Capdevila. Ce site n'a qu'un but de propagation de la connaissance et n'est en aucun cas un site commercial. Vous pouvez en réutiliser les informations à la condition que les auteurs soient reconnus et que vous les en informiez.

If you can help me get these pictures on wikipedia I would be very grateful. Thank you.

P.S.: If you are interested, join the ESA task force.U5K0 (talk) 23:19, 16 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Joint account

Dear 16@r, Your article Joint account has been transfered to Wiktionary as a dictionary definition. It can be found here. We appreciate your contribution, but Wikipedia is not a dictionary. If the article can be expanded beyond a dictionary definition, please feel free to recreate it. You may find some suggestions here for doing so. Thank you. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 21:55, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Craigslist.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Craigslist.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:11, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Sandbox/

Hi 16@r. If you don't still need Template:Sandbox/, please consider adding {{db-author}} to the top of the page. Thanks. Suntag (talk) 20:09, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Ubiquitous

A tag has been placed on Ubiquitous requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Nol888(Talk)(Review) 22:46, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
