Bhanda Peeraan(Urdu: بانذه بيران)is a village and a part of Inayat Abad Union Council (an administrative subdivison) of Mansehra District in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan. It is an important gateway for students, teachers & staff of Hazara University Mansehra. It has a population of 22,000.It lies to the north of the district capital Mansehra and lies in area affected by the 2005 Kashmir earthquake.

  • 7th November 2008, Ehsen Naveed Irfan had a press conference regarding the Bhanda Peeraan Road, an important passageway for students & teahcers of Hazara University Dhodial Mansehra.
  • 12th November 2009, Chief Minister NWFP Mr. Ameer Hoti visits Abbottabad. where he was told about the condition of the roads & lack of basic facilites like BHU by Ehsen Naveed Irfan. He promised to look after this unsolved issue.
