NIHON AD SYSTEMS, Inc. (株式会社日本アドシステムズ, Kabushiki-gaisha Nihon Ado Shisutemuzu) is a Japanese anime production and character merchandising company, a fully-owned subsidiary of the advertising agency Asatsu-DK. "AD" is an abbreviation standing for Animation Development.
