Hey, Will. I have three requests, if you don't mind. They are: Barber Motorsports Park, EuroSpeedway Lausitz, and Road Atlanta. Could you provide maps for them? Thank you. 209.2.60.98 (talk) 17:34, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What's Up

Could you do a map for Thunderhill Raceway Park? Fclass (talk) 22:30, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Forget I asked. Just forget it. Fclass (talk) 14:19, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could you give me the link to your blog? Fclass (talk) 15:42, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Don't forget to add to your blog the the work you did for Summit Point Motorsports Park, Virginia International Raceway, Buttonwillow Raceway Park, Donington Park, and Hockenheimring. Fclass (talk) 23:04, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I hope this helps. [1] Fclass (talk) 16:01, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's missing the Ram Site thing that is within The Loop. Other than that, it is accurate. Fclass (talk) 23:01, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Good job! Fclass (talk) 14:41, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Could you do Road America? Fclass (talk) 23:05, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Anything else scheduled for this weekend? Fclass (talk) 15:57, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Don't do Singapore street circuit. There's an .svg image at the article that is very accurate with the track map and names. I don't think you should replace it. Fclass (talk) 01:48, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

From what I see, it has a lot of information. Fclass (talk) 15:59, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, is it possible for you to add the turn numbers and the pit road to the image without replacing it? It is an .svg image, and .svg images can be modified without being replaced. Fclass (talk) 20:18, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In my opinion, I think you should just edit the existing image. Fclass (talk) 20:28, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Those Wikimedia Commons images can only be deleted in Wikimedia Commons, right? Fclass (talk) 20:37, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can you give an example of a Wikimedia Commons image that isn't a copyvio? How would I know if the image isn't a copyvio? Also, I noticed in the .svg image of Summit Point Motorsports Park - Shenandoah Circuit, Karussel and Karussel Crossover has two Ls. They have only only one L. Maybe you should correct it. Fclass (talk) 22:01, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

At the Napoleonic Wars article, the red flag in the table to the right has a white horse on it. It's the 10th flag under "Coalition forces." I'm trying to switch it to .svg since an .svg version exist. It won't work. I get a different flag. Could you try and change it? Fclass (talk) 15:50, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Will, go to Marina Bay Street Circuit. The pit lane and turn numbers have been added. You don't need to do it. Fclass (talk) 20:11, 28 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Two questions

1. Could you do a map for Taupo Motorsport Park? 2. You're going to do Road America this weekend? Fclass (talk) 18:58, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Taupo Motorsport Park has four configurations, along with a drag strip. They're on the circuit's website. Could you add the other three configurations? Fclass (talk) 01:08, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
What was the name of the other Taupo Motorsport Park image that was replaced? Do you remember? Fclass (talk) 18:45, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just a comment on Taupo, judging by the map you created from what was in Google Earth - then Google Earth is likely out of date. Before the A1GP race there in 2008, Turn 12 was changed from the 4th gear corner it was into a tighter second-gear corner. I'm not sure if that was for A1GP only, or if the track in general was changed, but hopefully Google will update that area soon. TheChrisD RantsEdits 11:07, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oulton Park & Cadwell Park maps

53°10'39.34?N 2°36'51.76?W is Oulton Park, and 53°18′32″N 0°3′47″W is Cadwell Park. -mattbuck (Talk) 00:03, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestions

Since you updated Miller Motorsports Park, maybe you should update Detroit street circuit because Chrysler Drive is spelled wrong (Chyrsler Drive) and Image:Estoril.svg has an "r" between the "t" and "o." Fclass (talk) 17:57, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I recently added the Detroit Belle Isle .svg circuit image to the List of Champ Car circuits article. The image itself didn't come up. Instead, an "X" and the words "Belle Isle" are in the box. Do you think you could fix it? Fclass (talk) 14:46, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That guy's talk page is locked. I can't edit it. Maybe you can contact him. Fclass (talk) 14:27, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The image is not there. An X with the words "Belle Isle" is still there. Fclass (talk) 00:10, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry To Bother You

Could you add the pit lane and turn numbers to Nikon Indy 300 and Grand Prix of Cleveland? Fclass (talk) 15:02, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bathurst 1000

The Bathurst 1000 race is going to happen this weekend. Think you could make a map of Mount Panorama Circuit? 168.12.197.37 (talk) 17:40, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not the addition of the Mount Panorama map to 1962 Bathurst Six Hour Classic article, but also note that its the modern Bathurst circuit, not what the track looked like in 1962, you might find it will get removed for that reason by editors. --Falcadore (talk) 04:56, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The changes ocurred in 1987, google earth won't help. From 1938 to 1987 the road went straight ahead from the never named kink below Forrest's Elbow straight through to Murray's Corner. The Chase, originally Caltex Chase, was added during 1987 in an attempt to slow the approach to the second hump in Conrod Straight, where some cars were getting lift (remember Mark Webber/Peter Dumbreck Le Mans Mercedes?) and at Murray's Corner. --Falcadore (talk) 06:53, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Estoril track map

Hi, it seems you made a typo in the Estoril track map. The 13th corner is shown there as "Parabolica Aryton Senna". --SpeedKing (talk) 07:26, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like you've corrected it, however Ayrton and Senna are written at the same place. Thank you for the effort. --SpeedKing (talk) 18:00, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What is that red arrow?

The map you added to Bathurst 1000 is nice, but it has a red arrow near the start/finish that could be construed as being the direction the cars race. Comment? Kaiwhakahaere (talk) 21:57, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

How come you did not do the modern, shorter version of Hockenheimring? 66.56.26.75 (talk) 21:57, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In the Adelaide Street Circuit article, there are two coordinates. One is in the first sentence and the other is in upper right hand corner. Which one is the right coordinates? 66.56.26.75 (talk) 18:09, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

Your maps are very nice ; I think that you work from Google maps ? I should like know your process.

Sorry for my english, I am french (sysop on fr:) fr:Utilisateur:TigH.

Could you do a map of San Jose Grand Prix? 168.12.253.66 (talk) 20:18, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

I really like your maps. Also, you forgot to add the coordinates to Grand Prix of Houston. Bookp (talk) 18:07, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

When I go to this article, the turn numbers for the .svg map you made doesn't appear. However, when I click on the map, the turn numbers are visible. Are there any problems? Pandyu (talk) 16:21, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Quick request for help on templates

Hi Mr Pittenger, i cam across your userpage as you were the first comment in the Help talk:Template page. I've noticed you've sorted grasped the hang of writing templates, and i was wondering if you could help me out with creating my own. I come to you becuase ironically, these help pages tend to take a while to get back to you.

I am currently creating a template at User:SteelersFan_UK06/Sandbox. The template i am creating is to put on user's talk page, to let them know that there is a new request for comment at the talk page of Wikipedia:WikiProject TUGS. The difficult part though, is that it passes a parameter. The parameter should be a heading of a section on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject TUGS, say called X. The template should then create a link which is "Wikipedia talk:WikiProject TUGS#X", and just to make matters a little bit more complicated i want the whole thing to be piped into the word "here".

That whole thing probably didn't make much sense so here's what i mean if i was typing it in:

  • Add "{{User:SteelersFan_UK06/Sandbox|Name of Discussion}}" to talk page
  • produces:

A request for comment has been added to the talk page of '''[[Wikipedia:WikiProject TUGS]]'''. As a contributor to the project, please add your opinions [[Wikipedia talk:WikiProject TUGS#Name of Discussion|here]]. Thank you.

Now i've done quite a bit of programming in my time so you think i would be able to get a hang of this. But i can't so that's why i'm here. I'd be very thankful for any help you can give me. Thanks again! --SteelersFanUK06 ReplyOnMine! 04:14, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind actually i think i got it! Thanks! --SteelersFanUK06 ReplyOnMine! 04:24, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bucharest Ring

Could you do a map of Bucharest Ring? 209.2.60.98 (talk) 19:30, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
