Bart the Mother

I've reviewed your GAN for Bart the Mother; there's really only one suggestion I have, so I think this should be ready for GA status very soon. (I'm also interested in some of your video game noms, I may read those soon too.) Nice work! --Hunter Kahn (talk) 22:02, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Re: Homer's Barbershop Quartet

The stuff regarding Best has already been added. As for All Singing, All Dancing, I'm not sure if there is anything of use, I ust know they talk about it. I would listen to it for you, but I don't have my DVDs at the moment. Sorry. -- Scorpion0422 22:18, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Gary. What's your opinion about the the issues I raised at Talk:Mac OS X/GA2? I thought it said too much about components of the system (which were mostly just names, not very well explained from the point of view of non-techies) and too little about what's important to users, and was too reliant on sources close to or commited to Appe. --Philcha (talk) 12:33, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Userbox for GA reviews

The userbox {{User Good Articles reviewed}} has been updated so that it can now link to a page in your user subspace where you keep track of all your GA reviews, if you have such a page. This can be done by adding a | and then the name of your user subpage (or subsection of your regular user page) wherever you have the template called. For example, on my user page I am using

{{User Good Articles reviewed|6|User:Rjanag/GA reviews}}

which displays as

This user has reviewed 6 Good Article nominations on Wikipedia.

There is more information on how to do this at Template:User Good Articles reviewed.

Note: If you are not interested in doing this, you don't have to do anything; the template will still work for you exactly as it does now.

Warren Buffett /Berkshire Hathaway

Gary,

I will definitely add the stock holding info to Warren Buffett /Berkshire Hathaway pages because this is what readers want to see and why they come to these pages. You are making the whole page non-readable and much less useful. The old page is much better and your way of dictating is not right. People come to these pages because Warren Buffett is a legendary stock picker. If you remove the stock part, you basically cut Buffett's head off.

The stock holding info I put on is from the latest Berkshire 13F filing with SEC. It's not stock quote or anything changing fast. It's what Berkshire tells world what they bought/held/sold in last quarter.

Always keep in mind Warren Buffett is about investment, i.e., stocks, without that, the page is dead, or your page is dead.
