A separate page was created by User:Brettstout at Polk Theatre (Lakeland). I posted a merger proposal for a day or two, but then judged that it was obvious enough that a merger should be done. I implemented the merger into the older article so that the edit history will be more complete. The newer version's edit history will remain available at Polk Theatre (Lakeland), although that article is now a redirect to here. Nice work on the new version, Brettstout. I hope you will approve of my merger and/or add to the merged article.
I think the best article name is Polk Theatre (Lakeland, Florida), for consistency with other place names and disambiguation. To move this article to that name will require an administrator's assistance, which I will ask for at wp:RM, due to past redirects and moves by me as i sorted this out. doncram (talk) 19:20, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
