Keir Gilchrist (born September 28, 1992)[1] is a British-Canadian actor currently living in Canada. He was born in London, England. Gilchrist is most known for his role as the gay teen, Marshall Gregson, on Showtime's original series United States of Tara, written by Diablo Cody.
Early Life
After Gilchrist was born in London, his family relocated to Boston, Massachusetts[2] before finally settling in Toronto, Canada. He discovered his passion for acting at a young age, but it was his acting coach who persuaded him to take his passion to the next level and become a professional actor. He has a brother, Evan Gilchrist.[3]
Career
Gilchrist has also portrayed Josh McKellar in FOX's short-lived television show The Winner, as well as portraying "Jamie", the boy who had developed a crush on Lizzie in the show Life with Derek.
