Move this

Malt is used to create maltose multiple glucose which attach to the maltose can turn it into maltodextrin or dextrin. Dextrin already exists and is bigger and better.--x1987x 01:14, August 3, 2005 (UTC)

Production

Can somebody explain HOW maltodextrin is derived from starch in commercial production? Eeno11 (talk) 08:18, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
