Telšiai Bishop Vincentas Borisevičius Priest Seminary is a Roman Catholic seminary in Telšiai, Lithuania. It was founded in 1927 by bishop Justinas Staugaitis.

First rector of the seminary was Vincentas Borisevičius, who later bacame second bishop of Telšiai. After soviet occupation in 1940 seminary was closed. It was re-established in 1989 by bishop Antanas Vaičius. Now seminary also has preparative faculty in Žemaičių Kalvarija and mirror seminary in Telšiai. The rector of the seminary is Jonas Ačas.
