July 2009

Hi. You reverted the consensus decision from an Article for Deletion discussion when you edited the Creature King article. This is inappropriate. Please don't do it again.  X  S  G  07:16, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also, it's clear that this account is a sock puppet of User:Captaincold, as is evident from the contribution history of both accounts. To the best of my knowledge, this account hasn't yet been used for nefarious purposes, however both accounts are being monitored, and recreation of material that was redirected by mandate of the AfD process, which has been performed by both accounts, is a deliberate attempt to compromise the integrity of Wikipedia and is thus considered vandalism.  X  S  G  07:28, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Just noticed, you also recreated Brak's Dad. You're definitely coming close to being considered a vandal. Consider yourself warned a bit stronger this time; your account can be blocked from editing, and I'll pursue this if you continue to vandalize Wikipedia.  X  S  G  07:28, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Metallus. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing.  X  S  G  03:32, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Black Widow Space Ghost

The article Black Widow Space Ghost has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unreferenced, not notable

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. RadioFan (talk) 02:10, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

August 2009

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to the page List of Super Friends episodes has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Jeff M | Talk2Me | BNosey - 00:15, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You recreated Sisto after an AfD. You are clearly vandalizing Wikipedia by ignoring our rules and procedures. You have been sufficiently warned. I am now requesting intervention for a three-day block.  X  S  G  01:40, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, I believe that you are the same user as User:Captaincold. If this is true, you appear to have not been using the two accounts simultaneously which generally precludes any wrongdoing. I want to explicitly warn you, in the event that you are unaware, that using the Captain Cold account or creating a new account to circumvent your blocking is a blockable offense, and, since you've caused me so much consternation, I will be monitoring for this kind of offense. I sincerely hope that following this block you become another responsible Wikipedia editor.  X  S  G  01:51, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Sisto

A tag has been placed on Sisto, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.  X  S  G  01:39, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your behavior has been reported at the Administrator's Noticeboard for Incidents.

Please follow this link: Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Disruptive_editing_of_User:Creatureking to read the report, other editors' comments, and respond. You have switched accounts, but continue the same problematic behaviors. The articles you created were found,by other editors, to not be about important enough topics to have their own articles, and were turned into 'redirects', or automatic links which bring readers looking for those characters to a page about all the Brak show or Space Ghost characters, and the information you wrote was 'merged', or built into, the individual section at those list articles. Continuing to recreate those individual articles goes against community consensus about whether or not wikipedia needs those articles, and that behavior will get you blocked from editing for a short time, or banned from ever editing again. Please read our policies, and learn how to write a good article that will pass community scrutiny. Some great links were given to you above in your welcome message, reading those will help. A tag has been placed on James Kirkconnell requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. XXX antiuser 00:50, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Trying to be nice...

Hi. I'm not sure Wikipedia is what you think it is. You seem to want to use Wikipedia as a publishing platform to write articles about subjects which interest you. I can understand the confusion, however that's not really what Wikipedia is about. Wikipedia is a platform for collecting and presenting information from other sources. Any information added to Wikipedia should be published elsewhere, either on the Internet or in some other media. Wikipedia has a policy against the addition of "Original Research", which you can read here: WP:OR. This is why Wikipedians make copious use of citations, which are documented here: WP:CITE. Also, in order to be included as an article, all subjects must meet certain notability requirements, which are documented here: WP:N. Many of the subjects which you want to document do not meet this baseline of notability, and therefore are being removed and/or redirected to other articles which are notable in that they broadly cover a group of subjects. You are very welcome to add information with sources to these broad pages, in appropriate sections, however you are not welcome to remove redirects to those pages, replacing the redirect with original content. You were ostensibly blocked from Wikipedia for three days for doing this, and if you persist in doing this, the next block will likely be for longer. Ultimately, if you persist to act against Wikipedia community consensus decisions, you will likely be blocked from editing Wikipedia period.

I beg you. Please learn how to properly find citations for the information you add to Wikipedia, and properly use citations. Please stop going against community consensus, and instead work with us. If you can do these things, you'll be very welcome here. If you choose not to, your work will perpetually be undone and eventually you will no longer be able to edit Wikipedia. I really don't want this to happen. I hate blocking users and causing users to be blocked, however I also hate it when users choose to ignore warnings and not communicate or, worse, insist that their way is the only way, despite existing community consensus to the contrary. Be a good sport. Be an honorable editor. If you do, you'll receive nothing but praise from me. Right now, you only have my consternation, because I now have to go back and revert your "work".

Be well.  X  S  G  00:36, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your response was sincerely appreciated. If I can be of any assistance to you, helping you improve on content you'd like to add, please ask me. I'd also like to share something with you for which I think you can be proud: a while back, you created an article for Don Kennedy, which I attempted to have deleted from Wikipedia for lack of Notability. Further research, however, made it clear that Don Kennedy is, in fact, notable to Wikipedia's standards. I learned a whole bunch about him, and that's entirely your fault. You caused me to learn something about him, and for that I think you should be proud.
Now... seriously... How can I help you?  X  S  G  04:40, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite block

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for repeated abuse of editing privileges. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

You are being blocked for repeated questionable edits and for sockpuppetry. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 00:36, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think this block is unjustified, presently. Will discuss with PMDrive1061 on his/her talk page.  X  S  G  06:06, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • And he has done so. We're discussing what to do with you and for you. It's clear that you wish to contribute, but you're going to require some guidance if you wish to continue. Part of that guidance would begin with the use of a single account only. You were blocked for the misuse of multiple accounts. Hang tight and we'll get back to you soon. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 14:59, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
