Connetquot and ur club

[edit]

hey there, i am glad you are contributing to wikipedia! please don't add gobs of information about chs and your club to the main long island page or bohemia pages, that information is best covered on the relevant school or district pages, and that is how wikipedia generally treats such information.--Neighborhoodpalmreader (talk) 06:51, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The info you keep adding about your high school & your club does not add to a reader's understanding of Long Island. I cannot see it does anything but promote your school, club & its members. Should Long Island have a list of names of all the players of some high school football team too? --JimWae (talk) 09:47, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Connetquot Junior State of America, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Connetquot Junior State of America. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. otherlleft 03:28, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Alex, having a separate page for your club chapter isn't appropriate for wikipedia. i am glad your club seems enthusiastic, but all this pushing of the club on separate articles is over the top.--Neighborhoodpalmreader (talk) 14:31, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You are suspected of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/AlxRnz02. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Connetquot Junior State of America, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. ~~ GB fan ~~ talk 15:13, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
