Music video
The music video features the band on a football field as a mock football team (parodying the Green Bay Packers with Green Day). They have a stage set up and in the middle, lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong is tackled by a fan, Mike Dirnt sprains his ankle when jumping, and a coach motivates them in a locker room midway during the song. This video was directed by Evan Bernard.
The set list taped onto Billie Joe's forearm is as follows:

- Hitchin' a Ride
- The Grouch
- Geek Stink Breath
- 2000 Light Years Away
- Longview
- Welcome to Paradise
- Brain Stew
- Jaded
