I took out the sentence that says 'The West Vest is currently used by 85% of umpires.' No indication there is any data to back that up...

Great Umpire

I personally don't know why everynoe thinks he's such a bad umpire. He's one of the best. He makes all the right calls. Is it because he ejects people so quick? Because I would do the same thing, if a coach argued to me. It's because there's no point in arguing, it delays the game. Plus, the umpire isn't going to over rule the call he made. He wouldn't of made the call in the first place.
