Brindavanam (Telugu: బృందావనం) is an upcoming Telugu-language film that stars NTR Jr., Kajal Aggarwal and Samantha in the lead roles, whilst actors Prakash Raj and Srihari play pivotal roles. This film is directed by Vamsi Paidipally (Munna fame), and produced by producer, Dil Raju. Jr. NTR took 8 Crores fee for the film. The budget of this movie is about 32 crores.
Production
The shooting of Brindavanam was launched by famous Indian actor Akkineni Nagarjuna on August 15th 2009.[1] A huge set of a palatial bungalow was erected in Hyderabad for the movie. This is supposedly the biggest set for any Telugu film so far.[2]. The film also had to be delayed because one of the senior actors Kota Srinivasa Rao lost his son in an accident, and couldn’t attend the shoot. Also the lead actor Jr.NTR met with an accident shooting for a fight scene, and the shoot had to be stalled for few more days. [3]
Songs
Songs in movies are quintessential part of Indian Cinema. Most of the songs come abruptly during the process of film-making and take the feel of a music video. One of the songs was shot in at Chalakudy, Kerala. [4] Another song was shot at the huge house set.
