Seiska (Swedish: Sjuan) is the eighth highest league in the Finnish Soccer League system. The section winners are promoted to the Kutonen. The only area in Finland that covers this level of football is the Helsinki district.

Administration

There are 3 League Sections at this level which are administered by the Helsinki District of the Football Association of Finland (Suomen Palloliitto).
