The "Parsian style" (شیوه معماری پارسی) is a style (sabk) of architecture when categorizing the history of Iranian architecture development. Although Median and Achaemenid architecture fall under this classification, the pre-Achaemenid architecture is also studied as a sub-class of this category.[1]

This style of architecture flourished from the 8th century BCE (The Median Empire), through the Achaemenid dynasty, to the arrival of Alexander of Macedonia in the 3rd century BCE.[2]
