Welcome

February 2010

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Susan Bordo appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe this important core policy. Thank you. - Nyxaus 18:14, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:37, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on User talk:Busjack. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. You are welcome to rephrase your comment as a civil criticism of the article. Thank you. Jeremy (talk) 01:20, 23 September 2010 (UTC) --Hey Jerry, I wouldn't say what I wrote was a "personal attack." I was just commenting on the fact that the user was banned. It is all good!![reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Devin Hester has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. –CWenger (talk) 18:14, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Some advice

  1. Refrain from using the word "dude".
  2. Refrain from adding messages like "This page is completely superfluous, and Wikipedia shouldn't have an article about this.
  3. Sign your fucking comments, dude!

Debresser (talk) 21:35, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Get a grip dude. And learn how to "fucking" spell.
1) I see no spelling errors in there
2) Be "fucking" civil, please?
--HTMLCODER.exe (talk) 21:44, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Listen, dude. It was this Debresser cat who is being uncivil. I was just quoting what the old geezer said. The spelling error is the section title. It is "advice" rather than "advise."
Where was I uncivil? Did I call you any names e.g., apart from the word "dude" you like some much yourself? And where is your sense of humor, btw? Debresser (talk) 21:51, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
"Advice" is not a spelling error here. "Some advice" is a phrase like "Some tea" or "Some civility". "Advise" is a verb, which would translate to "Some advise", as on, "Some argue" or "Some disagree". He was using the former sense, as he was giving you some advice. As for the (un)civility... The only thing I can see here is his third bullet point, but I am pretty sure he's just calling back on something you did or said earlier. HTMLCODER.exe (talk) 22:03, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test on the page Stencil (disambiguation) worked, and it has been reverted or removed. However, if you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages Sine Bot--you be harrassing me. You keep outta my biddness or you might want to call Biggie smalls cause that what gwine be.

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to Billy Joel. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. CutOffTies (talk) 03:49, 4 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Billy Joel

You are correct, it did not fall under the catagory of vandalism. I selected the wrong template without noticing, and I apologize. Thank you for pointing out my error. Please see WP:NOR for more information about why I reverted your edit, and please feel free to let me know if I make any further mistakes. Dougofborg(talk) 03:59, 4 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

ANy way, dude. You was just doing you;re job. We all have a jobe to do on the wiki and THAT IS HOW IT THRIVES! We be better than the LameStream Media!

Please do not use talk pages such as Talk:Drillia lea for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article. They are not to be used as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. Thank you. Blocked again

Sorry, your serious additions are welcome, but you've drifted back into making silly edits to articles again, such as this and this. You've also continued the fake slang responses to other editors when they attempt to communicate with you. I would simply leave another warning, but looking at this history of this account, this appears to be a very long term problem. Kuru (talk) 13:13, 4 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm Having A Hard Time Reading Your Comments

It took me about 5 minutes to understand and read your fluent comments on my talk page which were all signed and dated perfectly (see these edits). If you want to ask me or others questions, please don't talk in slang; people will just delete the comments. Edit warring with Sinebot is also stupid and futile. A reminder that you are blocked for a REASON: "continued disruptive editing and trolling"; you obviously don't care if you go around editing talk pages like you are.
