Sovereign

Last April I modified the Citation Sovereign page to be more accurate. Why has it now been combined with the Citation Excel/XLS? These are two entirely different aircraft and should have their own pages. I would be happy to contribute assistance with editing the pages if someone sets them up correctly. The model number of the aircraft should also be included in the title as it is with the rest of the Cessna product line and other aircraft manufacturers. The Citation Excel/XLS (and soon XLS+) are model 560X. The Citation Sovereign is model 680.

For the record, an explanation of why the Sovereign was merged here is at this diff. I am currently looking into the feasability restoring the Cessna Citation Sovereign page. However, the last edition of the page, found here, was pretty poor, so a major expansion of the content, preferably with pics, would have to be made if the page were restored. For now, I think the merged page is fine as it is. - BillCJ (talk) 09:24, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Upon further consideration, I've decided there is enough content to split off the Sovereign, and I found some upfdated specs on Cessna's web site. The restored page is at Cessna Citation Sovereign. Thanks to Milb1 for some clean-up of the specs. We still need at least one image of the Sovereign. - BillCJ (talk) 23:52, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
