Death Generals

The Death Generals are a fictional villain group that appear in the sixth season of the Digimon media franchise, Digimon Xros Wars. The group consists of seven powerful Digimon, who follow orders from their Almiral DarkKnightmon. Each of them also use their own variant of the Darkness Loaders to control Digimon at will. They are themed after the elements which constitute the Wu Xing and the Moon and Sun, each representing one of the seven days of the week.

Digimon Xros Wars

The seven elite Digimon under Bagramon, the Death Generals began their reign of terror throughout the reformatted Digital World while Taiki and Shoutmon were stuck in Real World. Each ruling one of the seven lands surrounding Bagramon's domain, the Death Gernerals are assigned the task of collect a large supply of negative emotion from the Digimon they terrorize to fuel the Code Crown in preparation for D5. When Taiki and Shoutmon returned to the Digital World, they learned of the events that transpired in their absence and managed to not only rejoin their Xros Heart allies but also talk Kiriha to join forces with them to defeat the Death Generals.

Dorbickmon the Fire Fury

Voiced by: Hori Hideyuki

Dorbickmon is a Dragonoid Digimon who is placed in charge of Dragon Land, leading a multitude of dragon Digimon to destroy his enemies with overwhelming battle strength in any situation. Excelling in both power and speed, Dorbickmon is a pyromanical war monger who would stir up a battle even in a peaceful area. Dorbickmon is also a master of setting up pit traps to ensure the battle tips in his favor. After defeating Blue Flare while in Darkness Mode (fused with Fanglongmon), Dorbickmon learns from his Devidramon lieutenants reporting of an incident that the Xros Heart General Taiki Kudou has returned. After almost capturing them, Dorbickmon decides to bait them to willingly turn themselves in by revealing the other members of Xros Heart he is holding prisoner. However, with Kiriha's help, Taiki and Nene manage to rescue the other members of Xros Heart. This forces Dorbickmon to digixros with four Brachiomon, two Flareizamon and two Gigadramon to assume a gigantic, winged version of himself. He chases down Xros Heart, and is unfazed by both Shoutmon X5B and MetalGreymon. However, Kiriha and Dracomon are able to cause MetalGreymon to super digivolve into ZeekGreymon, who effortlessly destroys the Death General. As his data is absorbed back to Pandæmonium by five mechanical tubes, Dorbickmon mocks the heroes, claiming that they will never defeat the other Death Generals.

Attacks

• Dragon Breath Tonic Fire: Exhales a burst of extremely high-temperature breath that instantly reduces anything it touches to ashes.
• Tyrant Collbrande: Attacks with a flaming sword formed from the anger he works up in battle, whose power depends on the strength of his fury.

NeoMyotismon the Moonlight

Voiced by: Yao Kazuki

NeoMyotismon (NeoVandemon in Japan) is an Undead Digimon placed in charge of Vampire Land with an army of Devimon and Lady Devimon at his command. He enjoys slaughtering anyone who gets in his way, turning some into his followers. NeoMyotismon can summon his familiar spirits, "Evilvil", which are brought forth in an inexhaustible supply, and naturally prefer the life energy of Digimon. Hearing of the power that the Lopmon that live in his domain possessed, NeoMyotismon ordered his forces to capture the Lopmon so he can absorb them to have their power. Only one escaped and was found by the Xros Heart United Army, who help him infiltrate the Death General's castle to free his kin. During the fight, assuming Darkness Mode by absorbing some of his followers, NeoMyotismon uses his Darkness Loader to DigiXros MetalGreymon unto him. Taking a huge risk, both Shoutmon and the standing Lopmon allowed themselves to get sucked into NeoMyotismon as well. This causes the Death General to under go a transformation until Taiki and Kiriha's intervention aided by the Lopmons' sacrifice, enable Shoutmon and MetalGreymon the ability to become Shoutmon DX to force NeoMyotismon back to his original Darkness Mode. After Shoutmon DX destroys NeoMyotismon, Beelzemon destroys the Death General's remaining matter to ensure he would not be revived.

Attacks

• Bloody Stream Glade: Freely extends both of his arms to reliably capture its opponent, then wrenches them apart after forcing them to divulge all of their information.
• Gardiac Raid: Collects dark energy, then fires it off once the moon on his chest is full. Although the opponent sees the flash of a beam of light from ahead of everything in its surroundings being changed to darkness, that light is not hope but the light of demise.
  • Giga Cardiac Raid: A stronger version of Cardiac Raid.
• Nightmare Raid: Fires the Evilvil at multiple enemies, transforming their targets into terrible sights to behold.

Zamielmon the Wood Spirit

Zamielmon is a fast-moving Majin Digimon in arrow-themed armor who is placed in charge of Honey Land with insect and plant Digimon serving under him. He was originally a giant until he consumed the DigiHoney that he had his minions create from the energy they stolen from other Digimon, resulting in his small size. He calm and collected manner, me is a master of various battle techniques and expert sniper. Prior to Xros Heart coming to his realm, Zamielmon had opposition to his reign in the form of Mervamon and used her brother Ignitmon as a trump to keep her at bay. He attempts to do away with both Xros Heart and Mervamon with GrandisKuwagamon Honey Mode before escaping after his warrior was defeated by JetMervamon and Ignitmon switches sides. Though he sets up a trap for Xros Heart, after learning of the Death General's secret from Ignitmon, Taiki uses it as a distraction so Kiriha and Beelzemon can destroy Zamielmon's DigiHoney reserves. After being restored to his actual size, Zamielmon is destroyed by Shoutmon DX after JetMervamon manages to distract the Death General to keep him in one place.

• Turbulence Arrow: Slashes at nearby opponents, then shoots arrows into the distance and shoots them dead with its random firing, without missing a single shot.
• The World Shot: Turns his midsection into a giant crossbow then launches his massive arrow Indra.

Splashmon the Water Tiger

Voiced by: Midorikawa Hikaru

A water-based Majin Digimon who is placed in charge of Cyber Land, Splashmon is a shapeshifter who used his abilities along with his Drippins to stir mistrust among the original occupants of Cyber Land before tricking them into destroying each other. Splashmon attempted to repeat the process with Xros Heart with Ruka before personally infiltrating Xros Heart by assuming the forms of Dorulumon, Nene and Taiki. However, Taiki and Kiriha saw through Splashmon's tricks with the former playing along so the rest of their group can free Dorulumon and Nene. In the heated battle that followed, Splashmon reabsorbed all of the Drippins to becomes a giant and musclelossus version of himself before revealing his real form, that of a large aquatic tiger (and was called his own Darkness Mode), but was destroyed by Shoutmon DX.

• B-Drown: Gathers water vapor from the surroundings then drowns the opponent in an aqua sphere.
• Hydro Pressure: Blast the enemy with a high pressure stream of water.

Olegmon the Gold Thief

A gold-armored viking Digimon who placed in charge of Gold Land, terrorizing it with his crew of pirates. He can summon two tomahawks to use in battle and can use a magic spell to mind-control other Digimon to follow his orders. He originally offers the Xros Heart United Army a chance to willingly join his crew, which they turn down, to which Olegmon responds by enslaving most of the other Digimon. In the resulting fight, it is revealed that Ballistamon was initially his previous first mate DarkVolumon.

Territories and Minions

After Bagramon obtained the completed Code Crown, he reformatted the Digital World into seven satellite kingdoms. Each Land has a "core" illuminating in one of the seven colors of the visible spectrum of light. The radiance of the Code Crown, which lies within the Bagra Great Pandæmonium in which the Lands surround, is increasing due to the negative energy retrieved from each Land.

Dragon Land

Dragon Land is a kingdom of flower fields and rocky terrain. It's a combination of lush, flower-filled fields, mountains, and volcanic pools, and inhabited by many plant and bird digimon but ruled over by aggressive Dragon type digimon.

• Fanglongmon (Dorbickmon's right-hand man): A powerful dragon Digimon who can fight on his own or combine with Dorbickmon to form the lower centaur-like body of Dorbickmon's Darkness Mode. Fanglongmon was absorbed by Dorbickmon for his ultimate mode.

• Flareizamon: Three of them were DigiXrossed by Dorbickmon to become a flaming sword for him to wield.

Vampire Land

• LadyDevimon: Several LadyDevimon make up NeoMyotismon's army. A reddish LadyDevimon alongside two other fought Xros Heart. The attacks from Shoutmon's Jet Sparrow mode couldn't harm the three LadyDevimon until the repeating blasting of MetalGreymon was enough to destroy the three LadyDevimon. Two LadyDevimon serve as guards to NeoMyotismon's castle.

Honey Land

• Ignitmon (former): Marvamon's younger brother, who joined the Bagra Army for fear.
• GrandisKuwagamon: Zamielmon's soldier. He was the one who told Zamielmon that the Team Xros Heart United Army was responsible for the destructions of Dorbickmon and NeoMyotismon. Zamielmon DigiXrossed him with the Honeybeemon to evolvve ito a Honey Mode in order to attack Mervamon with Ignitemon riding on top. After Nene forcefully removed Ignitemon from the back of GrandisKuwagamon Honey Mode, she combined Sparrowmon with Mervamon to form JetMervamon who destroys GrandisKuwagamon Honey Mode.

Cyber Land

• Drippins: Tiny blob-like extensions of Splashmon. Several types of Drippins can alter moods of humans and Digimon who come into contact with them and others that can puppeteer robotic bodies including replicas of various Digimon such as Andromon, MetalTyrannomon, and the floating Whamon-like vessels. One Drippin, operating a humanoid robot named Ruka, attempted to infiltrate Xros Heart and expose them to mood-altering Drippins but was discovered.

Gold Land

• Mermaimon: An Aquatic Beastman Digimon who serves as Olegmon's current firstmate.
