I'm not going to over-complicate anything I say here and this isn't a ploy to get people's attention or make them feel sorry for me. I've been with the project since 2004, and by 2011 I have lost the passion to edit Wikipedia. It's nothing personal to anyone or because of anything that has happened. It's a constant struggle to maintain Wikipedia, to preserve what you have written and to correct inaccuracies. I have simply lost the fight in me to continue with debating with other users over what articles should contain or if they should exist at all. This isn't recent feeling. I've felt this way over the past year or so and I think it's time for me to retire from editing full-time and part-time. I'd like to say I have a positive scope for Wikipedia, but I don't. There's a lot of problems with Wikipedia, and a lot are unresolvable. All you can do with Wikipedia is hope that it can improve for the time being. I've made a lot of friends on Wikipedia and I am grateful for that, and I thank each and every one of them for putting up with me. I'll be posting contact details below so that if you wish to keep in touch. I'll be around, and I'll probably make some edits anonymously if I am on Wikipedia but this account and my dedication to Wikipedia has run its course. It's so hard to leave. I have a ton of memories, good and bad, that I am leaving behind. Hours spent editing, talking and having discussion with other users and the other general annoyances of Wikipedia that strangely kept me coming back to try and improve the site are reasons I still love this site.
