I was the author of the interview on Ain't It Cool News that was referenced originally on an older version of this page under 'controversy'. I believe that the statements made by Mark Waid in regards to Mr. Alessi were false and I reject their authenticity. As a result I have edited the entry for Mr. Alessi to no longer contain the information referenced in the article. Aint It Cool News has removed the article from their website as well. If anyone chooses to re-edit the entry for Mr. Alessi and add the information from the article again you do so at your own risk. I will contact Wikipedia directly to dispute it and ensure it is no longer acceptable to add if necessary. Thank you. - Bill Mitchel 10/28/2011
