I have just removed a sentence claiming that the Misseiria speak Tama. From a variety of reliable sources (available on request <robinlef@yahoo.com>) the Tama are(were before all the recent Darfur horrors) located on the Darfur/Chad border and have not traditionally been pastoralists of any kind. A number of groups have incorporated into other sedentary tribes and it's not impossible some have been into Baggara sub-groups; however this is quite different from claiming the Misseiria speak Tama. Dec 2004 eubule

The Misseiria of Jebel Mun, at least, speak Tama. See Edgar, John. A Masalit grammar: with notes on other languages of Darfur and Wadai. Berlin: D. Reimer, 1989. (Sprache und Oralitat in Afrika; 3). I don't know for certain if there are other Misseiria groups or not. - Mustafaa 15:54, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Editing the Tribes of Baggara

Removed the Kababish from the Baggara tribes, the Kababish belongs to Abbala group, kin of the Baggara tribes who rear camels. Also added Awlad Himad of South Kordofan and Beni Silam of the White Nile to the Baggara tribes. Biraima M Adam Oct 16, 2008 8:30 (EST).
