I am hoping to make an edit in the following page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_University_School_of_Medicine In this page, the logo unnecessarily contains the name of the organization, whereas the actual seal of the organization does not contain the words pictured, as so: http://library.med.nyu.edu/library/eresources/toolkits/images/somshield.gif Thus, I hope to be able to upload this image in accordance with the rules for copyright material, and replace the seal with the more accurate representation of the organization. I am currently working on the page of retired sociology professor Ira Reiss. I was hoping to upload a photograph of him, that was given to me by his former department. I requested this earlier, before I had completely finished editing the page. I was told I significantly lacked third party sources (which was completely correct at that point it time). Since then I have added nearly 20 outside, third party, scholarly sources and was hoping to gain permission to add the photograph. Acasey201 (talk) 21:04, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You have not given a reason for needing the change in your account status. Mlpearc (powwow) 01:20, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I used to have an account that was confirmed. However, I lost the password and didn't have an email account attached to it. Wunkt2 (talk) 02:02, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
