Added Soylent Green Film Credit

Edited "Eighty Is Not Enough" Book Reference

On 12/24/09, I edited content for Van Patten's book reference "Eighty Is Not Enough". In addition to rewording the introduction and linking the publisher, I deleted the reference to his website as it is already listed at the bottom of the article.
