Trademark controversy

Well something is weird about the trademark thing. It says here that "...Mojang and Bethesda reached a settlement, in which Mojang would not trademark Scrolls". However if you go to www.scrolls.com and look at the bottom, you find "Scrolls is a trademark of Mojang". Could be they haven't fixed their webpage, yet, but it makes yuh wanna go Hmmmmmmm. Elder scrols tribute

Bethesda put into skyrim the "notched pickaxe" as a tribute to mojang during the lawsuit. Should this be mentioned?Trevor1324 (talk) 19:22, 31 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  Not really, as it has nothing to do with Scrolls. It has much more to do with Skyrim.
