Sorry on this page I noticed this : " Xavier López Rodríguez February 17, 1935 (age 77) years light. Chicago, Illinois Nationality Mexican"

If he was born on Illinois this makes him American- or Mexican- American right? Mhemhemhez (talk) 23:26, 12 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If he was born outside Mexico but their parents register him in a Mexican embassy he could retain the mexican nationality according to law.
