Scope

This WikiProject aims primarily to suggest how aircraft-related articles can be put in to Wikipedia in an extensible and coherent manner.

Project Content

WikiProject Aircraft contains articles about:

Categories of aircraft, eg airliner, interceptor aircraft, helicopter
Aircraft types, eg. Airbus A300, F-15 Eagle
- Lists of aircraft types, eg List of aircraft, List of civil aircraft
Individual famous aircraft, eg Spirit of St. Louis
Aircraft technologies, eg aileron, jet engine

Articles on aircraft types form the bulk of the project and see the greatest activity. New articles or contributions can be found listed at Wikipedia:New articles (Aircraft)
