Welcome to the ATF

Welcome to the Anarchist Task Force. You're really an appreciated face here, since our numbers are currently in decline and an increase in participation is always welcome. If you need any advice or help on a subject, we're here to help. I'm one of the more active members, so if you need any help, either write up a request on the Task Force talk page, or reach out to me on my own. --Cast (talk) 16:59, 4 September 2012 (UTC) Cheers, my remit was really seeing if I could improve some of the UK based pages which is where most of my knowledge is, but I also note that libcom has a lot of bio's that need extracting. I will see what I can do. If you can point me any decent articles or videos on helping me turn a corner on editing, I would gratefully --Sentryward (talk) 21:50, 6 September 2012 (UTC) 08:40, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The help

Can you take a quick look at the Jane Patrick article? I am not sure how to amend or redirect. --Sentryward (talk) 00:39, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Pardon, I've been away from editing for a short time and didn't see you had a problem. Changing an article title can be performed by selecting the "move" tab, between the "history" and "watch/unwatch" tab. When you select the tab, it will take you to a page and that will provide a short blurb describing what moving the article will require and entail. It's a very short process. Select what the new name should be (the default is always the current title, simply delete that and type the new one), then provide an explanation as a curtsey for other editors to understand your reasoning. If the rationale is obvious, a short explanation will suffice. If a move may ever be controversial (as in, there is an ongoing discussion about the matter on the talk page) be sure to give a good explanation, or first have a consensus to perform the move, and explain that the move in accordance with that consensus. --Cast (talk) 00:50, 30 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Thanks

Thanks! Obviously "violent" is not a correct adjective to this organization. Moreover, what do you think about this? Regards. --JaviP96 21:41, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Total noob on these matters, but inter-political squabbles suggest to me a need for lots of references. AFA was a small minority within left anti-racist struggles that had quite niche and developed views on matters that can't be easily explained away. A well developed piece could also escalate its quality scale to a wider audience. Your thoughts? --Sentryward (talk) 22:57, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
In my opinion, most part of the article have enough references, and it would be better to use the template {{Citation needed}} in some parts. --JaviP96 22:44, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
