Okay, I went ahead and "un-stubbed" this article, since I feel like there's going to be increased interest in Leech once the X3 film comes out. If anyone else has anything to add most significantly at the end)? Darquis 05:24, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
leech was a leeach who was a turtle who was ratty worm idotic too
He is usually depicted as being around 12 years old (his exact age is unrevealed)
i am not happy with this it appears to be original reaserch.
also is it work noted that i am pretty sure Leechs age is dependent upon who is wrighting him for example during the 198 he is alot more articulate then previous appearances while in his recently uncany apearences he had a more childish tone?--Dr noire (talk) 19:49, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:X198leech.jpg
Image:X198leech.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Leech's abilities against non-mutant powers
I'm reading his first appearance, and Claremont has him dampen Rogue's powers - her Ms Marvel powers. Those of course aren't mutant powers, but the distinction is so fine that it's possible Claremont just wasn't paying attention. But then the page here says Claremont also had him turn off the Power Pack's powers, and Claremont had to have known they weren't mutants.
Are there any examples of a Leech appearance written by Claremont (preferably during his initial long run on the books) during which Leech's powers fail to dampen the powers of a non-mutant? He's Claremont's character, so if CC never wrote it that way, it seems fair to say it wasn't meant to be that way.
