Souled Out was a WCW PPV in the month of January from 1997 through 2000. It was originally started as an nWo PPV but it did not generate the revenue hoped for so it was turned into an nWo/WCW PPV until the nWo disbanded. In 2001, it was replaced by Sin

This was an nWo sponsored PPV. All of the matches were nWo vs. WCW and the nWo's Nick Patrick was the referee for all of the matches.
