Tahsan Rahman Khan (Bengali: তাহসান রহমান খান; born 18 October 1979, Bikrampur) is a Bangladeshi musician, actor, TV actor and model.[2]

Early life and education

Tahsan first learned singing at Shishu Academy and music at Chhayanat.[2] He completed SSC from Saint Joseph Higher Secondary School (Dhaka) and HSC from Notre Dame College, Dhaka in 1998. He obtained BBA Marketing and MBA Finance from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.[2] He earned his second MBA from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in 2010.

Career

Tahsan was a member of the band Black during 2000–2005.[1] Then he started his solo career in music.

Tahsan worked at Unilever Bangladesh Limited during 2003–2004. Then he started teaching at Eastern University from April 2006 to June 2008. He worked at Institute for Research in Marketing as a research assistant. From April 2010, he was teaching at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh and he is now a faculty member of BRAC University from September 2013.

Personal life

Tahsan's ancestral home is Bikrampur though he was born and brought up in Dhaka. On August 3, 2006, he married Rafiath Rashid Mithila, a model and actress .[3]
