- Not done I'm concerned that you have less than 1000 edits between the two projects and while that is not a steadfast requirement, it does not give enough history to get an accurate picture of your abilities. I've also gone through your contributions and while you have good work in the file namespace and have successfully transferred many files to Commons, I see no evidence of use of {{rename media}}. While this use is not required, it usually shows evidence of knowledge of what circumstances to rename files. We usually use this to see how well an editor understands WP:FMV/W. Show that you have a good understanding of when images need to be renamed, preferably by using that template. Over time, if you can show that you have an understanding of the relevant policies and processes, then you can come back, and I would happily give you the permissions if you still have a need.
