At times, found that, it is the only Gram Panchayat in entire Andhra Pradesh which has generated a revenue for the government. It was possible with its prominent agricultural market (very popular in the surrounding districts like Kurnool, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Nalgonda, Raichur, etc.) that is in business every Saturday i.e., once in a week. The market is popular for Bullocks where farmers from surrounding areas prefer to own new Bullock Pairs for their new crop years. Before 90's it was listed as one of the most drought areas in the district but slowly emerged into very good rice producing area with the effect of abundant water supply from Joorala Project. It is a good market for fruits like Mangoes, Sapotas, Custard Apples, Water Melons, etc., being transferred from nearby town Kollapur and its surrounding villages.

The geographical region of Pebbair Mandal falls between Pampuram village in the North to Yaparla village in the south.
