Reverted Changes

I've reverted your changes at World Book, Inc. primarily because it appeared to be a duplicate entry. Take a look at World Book Encyclopedia to see if your information is already there or would be more useful there. Please be sure to provide reliable, third-party, published sources for your edits. I am trying to make a page for World Book, Inc, not the encyclopedia, which is just one product. I have a lot of factual information that I think would better fit under that category, not just the encyclopedia. I've requested edits on the World Book Encyclopedia page, but did not received any help so I need to try another route. Can you please help? Lurelearning (talk) 21:39, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi!

Hi Lurelearning. I am here to help you. Before I start, are you any relation to User:AEMSWB? --John (talk) 17:40, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, thank you! Please help me. I am trying to do this the right way and follow policy, but it seems I'm doing it wrong. As I explained on another user's talk page, I tried to add back some of my information that was reverted from the World Book wiki page WITH independent third-party sources like when I cited from Publisher's Weekly and www.answers.com and other websites that were not part of World Book. When those facts were taken down because for the reason that I was "over-citing," I became really frustrated. I have a lot of great information to add to this article that I could back up with sources and it just seemed like anything I added was being taken down. I read up on how to edit an article with a conflict of interest and tried to follow policy, and I posted some suggested edits on the article's talk page, but there was zero activity and no responses to my posts. I have good content to add to this article to be reflective of the company today, and a list of independent third-party sources to verify this content, but if I can't seem to get this approved. I'm willing to work to make this factual, non-marketing copy. But the information that is currently there is very outdated and some of the link are broken. Can you please help me?
