Mr. Amar Agrawal (born Sept 22, 1963) is a prominent member of the ministry of Chhattisgarh Government looking after many important portfolios; Ministry of Health and Medical Education and Ministry of Finance Taxation and Urban Administration[1]. Mr Agrawal has continuously been representing the Legislature of Chhattisgarh since 1998. After registering victory with a huge margin of about 18000 votes in 2013 Assembly elections, Mr Agrawal is representing his constituency for the third successive tenure as Minister of Health and Medical Education in the Legislature Assembly of Chhattisgarh[2]. Gifted with unusual insight into the modern technological inventions and their immediate applicability in the field of medical science, Mr Agrawal is a dedicated public figure with passion of providing medical facilities indiscriminately to all the sections of the society. The humble and downtrodden have always been on the focus in channelizing the administrative machinery and policy making. Mr. Agrawal is known for drafting and implementing the policies that owe their magnificence to the advent of computer science and information technology. The role of modern technological resources in discharging the ministerial responsibilities to the welfare of the masses, spread across such a geographically diverse state as Chhattisgarh unambiguously the most glittering representation of the administrative acumen of the man at work.
