Trumbauersville is a borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,059 at the 2000 census.

Demographics

As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there were 1,059 people, 374 households, and 305 families residing in the borough. The population density was 950.9/km² (2,475.2/mi²). There were 382 housing units at an average density of 343.0/km² (892.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the borough was 97.92% White, 0.57% African American, 0.66% Asian, 0.47% from other races, and 0.38% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.85% of the population.

There were 374 households out of which 39.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 69.0% were married couples living together, 7.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.4% were non-families. 13.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.82 and the average family size was 3.07.

In the borough the population was spread out with 26.3% under the age of 18, 6.6% from 18 to 24, 32.4% from 25 to 44, 23.2% from 45 to 64, and 11.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 96.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.1 males.

The median income for a household in the borough was $52,250, and the median income for a family was $60,000. Males had a median income of $38,125 versus $30,441 for females. The per capita income for the borough was $20,778. About 1.9% of families and 5.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 5.9% of those under age 18 and 4.9% of those age 65 or over.
