Hey, I simply wanted to say I enjoy seeing your presence around here and am also happy you reconsidered your retirement from June. I started thinking it was interesting you've been here almost ten years yet I had never seen you but I noticed you started becoming more active in January (before I returned from an extended break). I myself have basically been here almost ten years and have seen a variety of events here which also caused me to leave (especially in late 2012) until returning in April. I myself have been witnessing drama here recently and I consider retiring again but I simply hope for the best. @SwisterTwister: It's nice to formally meet you! Your efforts to reduce the AfC backlog lately have been quite motivating. I created my account many years ago but only became active in the past year or so when I discovered behind-the-scenes stuff like AfC and the disambiguation project. My break over the summer was largely due to work demands that resulted in some burnout. (Consistent 60-hour weeks will do that to you!) Disambiguate page

There is a proposal for Chandrala (disambiguation) already placed, referrnig to this edit. If that is created, can we redirect that to disambig page?--Vin09 (talk) 15:44, 15 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Vin09: Hi, good question! I don't think either Chandrala, Gudlavalleru mandal or Chandrala, Mylavaram mandal is the primary topic, so per WP:2DABS, it should be okay to have a disambiguation page. The content that is now at Draft:Chandrala (disambiguation) will have to be moved to Chandrala when accepted, which will require an administrator to delete the current Chandrala page. @Vin09: I'm not sure why they are doing that. Perhaps they believe that Chandrala, Mylavaram mandal is the primary topic and thus should reside at "Chandrala". Have you asked them on their talk page? @Carlagates247: Hi, I think you need more sources that are independent of the subject. The cuinsight and bai.org sources are written by someone at Saylent, and the cuna.org source appears to be a press release. The other two sources (cbinsight and banknews) don't offer substantial coverage of Saylent either, so sources that offer more in-depth coverage will be required. Has Saylent been covered in any reputable newspapers, journals, books or magazines (whether offline or online)? That's usually a good place to start looking.
