File permission problem with File:Malini & co original film poster.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Malini & co original film poster.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nthep (talk) 17:48, 27 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you remove tags here with a summary of "wikify"? --NeilN talk to me 16:38, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

NeilN I'd like to know that too. He did something similar at Rudhramadevi (film) as detailed in my exhaustive bulleted warning below. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:37, 13 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Cyphoidbomb: User_talk:NeilN#tags. No idea why Pravbv removed the protection template on the film article. --NeilN talk to me 16:16, 13 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Improper removal of page protection template.
  • Addition of |art=. There is no art parameter at Template:Infobox television. You keep creating unnecessary work for people who have to remove the extraneous parameter.
  • Unexplained removal of embedded note from |language= and |gross=.
  • Unexplained removal of sourced gross content.
  • Addition of "highly" positive reviews. This is subjective fluff, POV terminology. What's a "highly positive" review? "I really, really, really, really love it!"?
  • Addition of IMDB user ratings which we don't include anywhere across the project, because
  1. IMDb is not a reliable source.
  2. Anyone can spam user voting sites and artificially inflate or deflate audience response. CinemaScore is the only outlet for audience response that we care about thus far.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Information icon Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Mahesh Babu, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. your edit summary shows +

that means you have not added and deleted any unconstructive edits, think before you give edit summary, Pravbv (talk) 13:14, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

November 2015

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Okkadu. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 13:32, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

user Kailash

Yes user Kailash is against Telugu, and he does not want to contribute to GA nominations of Telugu films or Telugu artists articles, like me, he wants o delay the process by trapping other editors like me, using editors like you. I have nominated articles related to Telugu for GA, he made sure to cancel them. Pravbv (talk) 13:38, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Can you show that GA nomination pages once? Pavanjandhyala (talk) 13:39, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Padmalakshmisx, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
