TransVolution is a privately-owned logistics and rail transport business in Australia. TransVolution is an accredited rail transport operator in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.[4]
History
TransVolution commenced life as a father and son team looking to bring new equipment ideas to the rail and intermodal industries. Roger and Aaron Hore came across Masked Fox as its founder was looking to walk away from rail operations. They expanded their vision to include operational practices and they took over the Masked Fox business.[2]
During the accreditation process, the Hore family found Masked Fox had a history which set many in the industry against the new company. They set about revitalising the company, bringing in a new management team and rebranding as TransVolution following the formal acquisition in November 2014.[2]
On 31 August 2015, TransVolution received accreditation from the National Rail Safety Regulator.[5]
