Villa Vizcaya, in Miami. I took this photo, as well as the others on this page. Plus about 20,000 or so others.

That's thank you, from A to Z (by word or language). Sometimes I'm not good about thanking folks who thank me for my aimless fiddling around on Wikipedia. So in case I do forget, this should cover it. If you'd like more words of appreciaton, find them here.

Hey, they even have translations of the classic My hovercraft is full of eels!

Here (and on my user page) are a few of the photos I've taken in my NRHP roadtrips. More to be found here.

Also, if you have an issue with me on Wikipedia, please comment here on Wikipedia. Not on Wikicommons, not on WikiVoyage, not on the Tardis Wikia. Here. Or not at all.

Want to help test advanced new tools planned for Recent Changes?

Hi Ebyabe! I’m reaching out to you because our logs tell us you’re an active Twinkle new user welcomer. The WMF Collaboration team is working on new tools that we hope will be useful to people engaged in reviewing recent changes, fighting vandalism or supporting new users. We want to test them for usability with editors who are experienced with relevant wiki work. If you’re interested in helping to shape this new technology—we’d like to hear from you.

The testing should take about an hour, will be conducted online, and will take place during the next few weeks. To participate, please email dchen[at]wikimedia.org with the subject line Twinkle Welcomer. Include the following information:

  • Username
  • Email where we can reach you
  • Your city or time zone
  • Best time to talk to you
  • Your primary use(s) of Twinkle or Recent Changes (e.g., reviewing recent changes, reviewing with a particular focus (specify), anti-vandalism, new-page review, welcoming new users, etc.)

Thanks! Dchen (WMF) (talk) 23:39, 1 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Need some help...

Hi, Ebyabe. I could use some help with Schmitz123, whom I believe you have already come across in the last 24 hours. Not only do they continue to add the names of non-notable children to a range of U.S. soap opera star articles, but they are also edit warring to keep IMDb references. In short, everything they're doing violates WP:BLP. I'm about to sign off for the night, so I'd appreciate it if you could keep an eye on this. Considering that they're about to edit war at Don Diamont on this, I'm starting to think a block may be necessary here if it doesn't stop... Thanks! --IJBall (contribstalk) 03:00, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@IJBall:, sure, I'll keep an eye on them. Cheers. --Ebyabe talk - Welfare State06:00, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

IJBall I feel it is unfair he way i am being picked on. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Schmitz123 (talkcontribs) 12:06, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Schmitz123: You are not being "picked" on. Several of us are trying to show you the correct way to edit TV-actor WP:BLPs, but you are ignoring the advice. If you would just listen to what we are telling you – that you need proper sourcing before adding info to these articles, and that minor children's names should be left out, as per WP:BLPNAMES – this wouldn't be an issue. --IJBall (contribstalk) 13:20, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, IJBall and Ebyabe: Just so y'all know... Schmitz is a sockpuppet of 5 indef blocked accounts! He's User:Broadwayfan91, User:Soapfan91, User:Broadway91, User:Melbrooksfan101, and User:Soapfan101 and Sro has been protecting him for months just to piss me off! All you have to do is look at Schmitz's current talk page and then look at User talk:Broadwayfan91's talk page and the evidence is indisputable!
