I have added references where they are available regarding the published works and awards to the write Carl Tighe. The narrative such as his date of birth and where he worked I have also found referenced on the internet but there is little more I can do. While Carl Tighe is not a well known writer he has a substantial publication list and some awards. I think he merits a Wikipedia page but do not know what more I can do than I have now submitted. Should I just delete all narrative and just provide the list of publications with links to evidence of publication - that seems strange to delete any context. Please can you advise me how to proceed.

Didn't realize that Wikipedia wouldn't be allowed. Were there any other issues we need to fix? This is a very senior C-Suite executive at a Fortune 50 company and we provided 31 references for his biography, including respected industry journals, Washington Post, etc. thank you for any and all help!

Added some inline citations to the article that was rejected. Please let me know if you feel this is sufficient before I resubmit.
