No it's not. You blanked the article and then put it up for PROD. I removed the PROD and restored the article. An article may only be PRODDED once. If you think it should be deleted you will have to take it to AFD now. And if you restore the PROD again you may end blocked for edit warring or unconstructive edits. You may only remove the PROD if you resolve the issue. You just reverted my changes.
