This period is designated for students to seek extra help from there teachers. Attendance by students is not required during this period, however teachers are required to be available. On Monday through Thursday the regular school day runs from 7:55 AM to 2:12 PM. On Friday school runs from 9:00 AM to 2:57 PM, except for certain Music students who attend a class starting at 8:00 AM.

School Dance and Homecoming suspension

Due to excessive intoxication at school functions, all dances excluding the homecoming dance and the prom have been canceled. Additionally, the 2006 homecoming football game was scheduled for a Saturday afternoon, whereas for the last two years, it was played on a Friday evening. [1] In a letter sent out to parents, Dr. Haubner justified these actions by citing the number of intoxicated students at the Homecoming Game, as well as the large number of intoxicated high schoolers at the homecoming dance. Olivia is cool!
