Non-neutral map of the State of Arunachal Pradesh in India

This map is absolutely non-neutral. The State of Arunachal Pradesh is one State of the Republic of India. Its border is not disputed. Women in government

"These customs roll over to a woman's public life and can cause them to be timid and not confident in making their voice heard."

I read the article referred to (no. 65), and found that nowhere does it say anything like this.
