Central Park Five Case

Judge Titone dissented in the Central Park Five appeals case, and commented around 2002 about the prosecution's conduct. I can't find the Newsday article itself, but https://www.villagevoice.com/2002/11/19/ash-blond-ambition/ in 2002, and many others more recently, quoted judge Titone on the prosecution.
