Moseley Tea Service on Earl Grey Tea

I looked up the reference you added, but could find no mention of "gin" or "Moseley" & only unrelated passages about tea. Can you please elaborate on what passage you were trying to support and whether it was intended to support "gin and tea" or the origin of "Moseley" or both? Are there other references for that preparation?
