The article is more about COVID and his criticism than the person in question. Person is not covered significantly in multiple sources. Many are just passing mentions or repitition of the same information. Notability not inherited. DTM (talk) 14:04, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- edit: I removed the criticism from the article. DTM (talk) 05:03, 22 April 2020 (UTC)

- Delete This is an attack article and should be removed. The general article on Covid-19 in India might benefit from some mention of him, but there is no reason for a stand alone article, especially not an attack one.John Pack Lambert (talk) 14:36, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- Keep Subject passes WP:GNG. Listing two more sources here: 1, 2. Criticism can be kept to a single section on the article. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 11:56, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
- Keep and expand - subject plays major role in unfolding developments for covid19 in india - a country with perhaps the largest population in the world. if this was an American politician there would not be a nomination. with regards to it being an attack article, there is nothing there to suggest that. At least not anymore. Grmike (talk) 11:31, 28 April 2020 (UTC)grmike

- Delete a non-notable article. --Blue Ring 09:04, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- Keep -- Agree that the coverage is a bit repetitive, but he meets WP:GNG, barely but nonetheless, IMO. As someone playing a major role in a major historical event involving a country of 1.3 billion people, I think this person should have an article for the sake of completeness of the encyclopedia (remembering that footnote in NPOL; I know this is a bureaucrat, but the point applies), and there's just enough coverage to justify it without having to consult the CRYSTALLBALL. - Delete — Per rationale provided by Johnpacklambert no real reason for a stand alone article. Celestina007 (talk) 14:53, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- The article was reworked to address the very point. Usedtobecool ☎️ 15:46, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
